soundlib.io is a brand of FLX LLC. We acquire master rights, publishing rights and full catalogs — from single tracks with proven traction to label back-catalogs — from rights holders worldwide.

How we work with sellers

Every submission is reviewed by a human within 48 hours. If we'd like to acquire, we send a plain-English agreement that names exactly which rights transfer — master, publishing or both — for the specific works. You keep authorship credit and remain free to write, perform and release new material.

Payment

All offers are flat upfront figures — no royalties, no back-end. Payment is made in EUR or USD via bank transfer, and lands within five working days of the signed agreement and final files arriving.

Responsibility for content

FLX LLC is responsible for the content of this website. All acquisitions, payments and rights transfers are handled by FLX LLC under written agreement with the seller.
